About Me - Patsy Cain

Welcome to my website, thank you for looking , here is a bit about me. 

Born in Leicester in 1970 , I was a mature student when I started studying Fine Art at Demontfort University in 2016, although I've aways been interested in Art , mainly painting and ceramics and spent many years practising before joining the University, It was at Demontfort that printing was first born to me as a medium to use and I soon grew to love all aspects of this from Linocut, Etching, Aquatint and screenprinting and more.

As an artist i am still developing and practise almost everyday , from quick sketches in my journal or sketchbook, to paintings of all size and all mediums.

My Studio is at my home, so it is easy to access this at any time.

My Work I like to concentrate on is of an industrial feel, this is where I like to find my time, I find it theraputic painting and printing , I hope one day to add ceramics to my studio space too.

Commissions are welcome,  i have done a few portraits and animal drawings and paintings.
